I liked the hotel, it's really cute and beautifully kept and the location is favourable in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was not far from a restaurant like Brooklyn Chop House, and the Hampton Classic Horse Show. Also, it was 3 miles from an art museum. Food was amazing and great; the staff were amiable. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar. I had an absolutely amazing stay.

An Lovely Southampton Retreat!
I had an very nice stay! The staff were really good. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and savoring the delicious breakfast options. Don't miss the local eateries nearby for a taste of the region! Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Great staff, but could use some work
The restaurant crew was super nice. The front desk staff was kinda rude and the pool area looked neglected with torn beds and trash lying around. The room itself had some bug issues too. Wish they focused more on cleanliness!

The noise level throughout the hotel is a serious drawback, especially from the lounge music that doesn't respect quiet hours-expect bass thumping into the late night. By the pool, there are no lounge chairs, only beds that limit your ability to sit up comfortably, and towels are annoyingly located at the front desk instead of easily accessible near the pool. The complimentary breakfast barely meets expectations, with dirty silverware that gives a poor impression right from the start.

The restaurant and bar staff were super friendly and. The pool area was nice, and i loved the fine vibe it brought. The king room was comfortable, with ample space, perfect for me and my partner. It's also conveniently close to local attractions.

The King Room was pretty cozy and had ample space, nice. The cleanliness wasn't great. There were bugs in the room, and it reminded me of it needed better overall maintenance. With the room being comfy enough, it just needs some TLC to really shine.

The pool area was a hit with my kids, who loved splashing around while we enjoyed some live music and cocktails nearby. The family-friendly atmosphere was great, despite our little ones needing some supervision.
In my wife's opinion, the music volume at night was disruptive during our kids' bedtime.

Every staff member was super friendly and extremely accommodating. the hotel location was marvelous and conveniently in the middle of Jackson. - This property was located 1 mile away from Southampton Arts Center.
